Innovative products attract both customers and business. The operators, too, can use new products in a specific way to promote their snack and beverage business. The results of a ‘convenience shop’ survey carried out for the first time among operators regarding the most successful innovative products in the vending machine business will be presented and discussed.

We will try to find strategies to solve this dilemma and will discuss which products belong in a school vending machine. Representatives from all sides have been invited to take part.
